The Climate Change Learning Lab was inaugurated by environment, forest and climate change department minister Neeraj Kumar Singh ‘Bablu’ at Sanjay Gandhi Biological Park on Sunday.
“It is a great honour to have the first climate change lab of India in Bihar. I think climate change is not only an issue for India or Bihar, rather it is an universal issue for the entire world,” the minister said.
